      The Procurement Manager – Temporary Labour is a member of the Indirect Procurement HRPS team with responsibility to provide market and sourcing expertise in the global temporary Staffing/Contingent Labour market and maintain critical business requirements.       Key accountabilities:
      Work on a “Global” basis with the relevant Market Sector Managers to develop market sector buying and sourcing strategies for temporary staffing resources appropriate and relevant to the commodity for local markets.

      Assure compliance with ethical and diversity expectations in all buying.
      Support contract management activities and work with the offshore operations in India that process temporary staffing requests and orders.
      Ensure optimal usage of all sourcing and purchase to pay tools

      Specific Job Requirements:
      Develop and manage preferred supplier list of temporary staffing agencies for Petroleum Skills (Eastern Hemisphere) to meet increasing demand in Upstream segment.
      Promote and manage compliance contractor management policy.
      Current knowledge of laws and legislative changes that impact on the ability to hire and manage agency contractors.
      Develop innovative ways of managing agency suppliers to deliver year on year savings that contribute to overall business performance.
      Use your internal network and data to develop contractor demand planning tools.

Also accountable for the overall development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supply market intelligence in the RE area of responsibility.

      Accountable Accountabilities:

      Role Synopsis:
      The IT&S Function is undertaking a significant transformation of its applications support and development landscape through a multi-year strategy. The transformation was enabled by a the consolidation of a significant part of the existing applications portfolio into an IT&S Function level market engagement, the first phase of which was completed in 2Q09 and b) the establishment of Segment level IT&S sourcing strategies. This role will be accountable for providing procurement leadership within the IT applications Procurement team in the trading division (IST).
      Key aspects of the role include:
